Refund & Exchange Policy


We truly hope you love your order from Divine Healings. Every piece is carefully selected and prepared with intention, and your trust means a lot to us. In case something doesn’t feel right, we’ll always do our best to help in a fair, smooth, and transparent manner.


Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • No visible damage, scratches, stains, or signs of usage

  • Original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice are available

  • The product is returned safely in the same condition it was delivered in


Cases Where We’re Happy to Help

We’ll gladly review exchange/refund requests if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • Any item from your order is missing

To help us resolve things quickly and smoothly, we request an unboxing video for all such cases. This helps our team verify the issue fairly and provide the best possible resolution.

Once the product is reviewed by our team, the final approval will be shared accordingly.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

As our products include natural stones and crystals, slight variations in:

  • color,

  • texture,

  • bead patterns,

  • or finish

may naturally occur. These unique variations are a part of the natural beauty of crystals and make every piece one of a kind.

Since our products fall under personal and spiritual wellness accessories, we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Personal preferences or expectation differences

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Requests raised after the exchange window


Partial COD Orders

To make the ordering process smoother and reduce fake or non-serious orders, we offer a Partial COD option on selected orders.

A small booking amount is collected in advance to confirm your order.

Please note that this booking amount is non-refundable in situations such as:

  • Order refusal at delivery

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

This amount helps us cover packaging, shipping, and handling costs already involved in processing the order.

We genuinely request customers to place orders only when they are sure about accepting the parcel.


Refunds & Store Credit

If your request is approved, we’ll help resolve it through:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit that can be used on future purchases

In certain situations where a replacement is not available, our team may review the request for a refund.

Once approved, the process is usually completed within 4–7 business days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not always be possible since the product has already been prepared and processed for delivery.

For Partial COD orders, the booking amount remains non-refundable once the order is confirmed and processed.
